The new rule for FSW has been released. The criteria is similar to the June 26, 2011 rule with one big exception, the FSW cap. Whereas before, the limit is 20,000 or 1,000 for each skill, the new rule has been more stringent limiting the cap to 10,000 and 500 for each skill.
