February 2008 marked the beginning of occupation eligibility listing. The list is perceived demand of the labor market as determined by the Federal Government. The FSW 38 is valid from February 2008 to June 25, 2010. The FSW 29 validity is from June 26 to the present. There are news that the list will again be change on July 2011 but until the new list is released, the FSW 29 still holds true for new applications.
