Many consider weather as part of their main consideration for their landing plans.  Canada being near the arctic is a natural cold country. The vastness of its land area though makes the weather different for the different provinces.

Based from the table, British Columbia and Ontario enjoys a “better” temperature on the annual average. Manitoba (Winnipeg) and Alberta (Edmonton) on the other hand receives the cold end with an average 2.6 and 2.8 degrees.
