Canada Child Tax Benefit
If you have kids, then you are entitled to receive several benefits from the government. The Canada Child Tax Benefit (CCTB) and Universal Child Care Benefit (UCCB). You need to fill up several forms for this including:
Form RC66 (Canad Child Tax Benefit Application)
Form RC66SCH (Statement of Income)
Form T1-DD (Direct Deposit Account Application)
When the forms are ready, it must be sent to the tax centre of your province. The tax centre’s address are listed here. Wait for at least a month for the application to be processed.
